Probablement une 2500 à carbu, la 2.5 PI n'ayant été que très peu produite... Gardons la dénomination qui est affichée. |

It looks more like the Coupé version of the Stag to me, the shape isn´t really a sedan. And it has got bumper guards, I don´t think that the 2500 had that. |

I'd also say it is a Stag. A 2500 Saloon would dwarf the Avenger parked behind it. |

Après moult recherches, il me semble qu'il n'y a jamais eu plusieurs catégories de voitures. Les Stag sont des cabriolets. Elles pouvaient être munies de hardtop .gif ";)") (désolé Antoine, on y revient). Je pense que c'est le cas de celle que l'on voit sur le lien donné par DAF555. Il s'agit donc bien d'un cabriolet pas d'un coupé. A modifier dans la catégorie voiture, donc. Reste à déterminer quelle est la version: MKI ou MKII ?Voici les différences sur une vue de face. Si vous avez la vue perçante, bon courage. Summary for DAF555: All Stag are convertible, but they could have an hardtop added. It is probablty the case in the link that you sent. |

It's a Mk1 Triumph Stag with the optional hardtop in place. It's bloody hard work getting the hardtop off to use as a convertible! No way is it a 2000 or 2500 because they didnt fit the plastic grille until 1974. Stags also looked wider because they were lower than the 2000. By the way, the Stag was designed before the 2000 Mk2. Giovanni Michelotti was given a MK1 and told to come up with something nice, Harry Webb at Triumph liked it so much they put the Stag into development and put the new design front end straight into production on the 2000 as the MK2. |
