Oct. '84: New version Minimatic, with automatic gearbox two gears front.
Jan. '85: Mini name comes back! New Mini 650.Same body but old dashboard and 2cyl. engine 617cc 31DIN in 5700tr/min. 650 & 650SE trim levels.
Jun. '86: New model 990, major wheelbase and length (337cm instead of 316).Versions SL,SE, diesel SL,SE and 990matic.
Jul. '87: 990 replaces everything except 650 and Turbo De Tomaso.
