Looks like a Packard.

It has the big weights on the ends of the bumpers so it is no later than 1936 - the last year with a straight front axle. From the slight slope of the radiator, I would say it is a 1936 fourteenth series car, either a Super Eight or a Twelve.

Agree , with the 5° slant of the radiator grille it is a fourteenth series car , and the side hood trim appears that of the twelve though not well visible ( Super Eights had chromed rectangular hood louvres ) I go for a 1936 Packard Twelve Sedan ( fourteenth series model 1407 on the 139 inches wheelbase built august 1935 to september 1936)
