I don't think 58's had this style trim. I found there were 3 options, but I can only find two (perhaps the third is without the styletone insert used on the Custom 300 series)

(I've never seen those "holes" on the rear fender. I guess the idea carried over into 59 on the Tudor Business Sedan.)
