CougarTim ◊ 2008-06-07 19:36	The trolley line in Charlottesville uses similar buses by Chance and by Otis. Next time I'm in downtown DC I'll try to keep an eye out for these and see if I can see who makes them.

On one bus there was a badge pointing to a company called Victorian Vehicles based in Florida, but the bus was not identical to the one seen here so it may not be the same builder (it had decorative fender skirts like http://www.trekaroo.com/photos/0003/0504/trolley-tours-washington-dc.jpg ). I did get a good look at one more similar to this one, but I didn't see any external badging.
