Is Model T the only possibility for a 1913 presumably UK build? Seems a curved radiator where I'd expect flat, but I've seen a comment somewgere that green over black was 1913-only T scheme.

1. Is the “curved” radiator just a floptical allusion?
2. Many accessories were available for the “T”, to make it look just that little bit unlike the next one.
3. It looks so much like a “T” that I don’t see how it could be owt else.

Couldn't really imagine it's not a T. But the grille is different from the normal sharp-edged tombstone profile - maybe clearer in the 2 linked modern photos - softer and more rounded.
