A police cruiser is chasing suspects in a car, traffic cop following close behind, engine of cruiser immobilised by criminals using some kind of `engine/ignition `zapper', causing police car to suddenly stop, resulting in bike cop rear-ending the cruiser. 2. Bike parked parked up whilst officer gives directions to a motorist. 3. Officer chases `offenders' on his bike, and pulls over driver, this being the scene illustrated.
