Was entered as a Caprice, but I think that looks like a Mercury Zephyr grille? |

The wiper arms seem to match with the Mercury as well. Every '70s and '80s Caprice I've looked at pictures of, has the wiper arms pretty much flush with the cowl, and not very visible. |
