1948 Commander Regal Deluxe. (Regal Deluxe per rocker panel trim and bright W/S reveal mouldings.) Note optional bumper winguards, standard on Commander front bumpers in '47 but optional in '48. (They were optional on Champion front bumpers and optional on rear bumpers for both series in both '47 and '48.)
