I suspected that or a DC plate, but it is neither. Almost looks like a 1978 Illinois plate, some of which which used the ABC-123 format http://www.15q.net/us2/il78.jpg I suspect the green parts are actually black with lighting trickery. -- Last edit: 2023-02-18 22:00:23 |
