The type of filler cap ( without trap door ) indicates it's a 1974+ [ Typ 2 / T 2 ]. It seems to be a Panel with added side windows. |

This is wrong, because a) it's no US-version b) it's no Panel Van P.S.I'm rummaging about rpcm's comment about the side windows... Cane be indeed later on added ones. Otherwise the back window irritates me, the tape on it looks like from an ambulance. Otherwise there are no holes on the roof of the lights. Odd is also, that the door handles are chromated, but all other jewellerey-parts are painted (as usual for basic Transporter-versions or versions for authorities). O.k., all that goes for German T2's, in Mexico (rather Mexico than Brazil IMO) maybe it was different. -- Last edit: 2014-02-16 14:58:57 |
