Correct on the 413. My Krause Publications book says that 1959 was the first model year that Chrysler Division received the B-block engine, and it was standard on all models (Windsor and Saratoga 383). No Hemis either! The engine was first used by all other non-Imperial Chrysler divisions the year before. The Golden Lion badge on this car (below New Yorker script) is part of the advertising campaign for the "Lion-hearted" Chryslers. -- Last edit: 2008-05-14 05:08:50 |
