I would rather think Mercedes-Benz Sd.Kfz 8, as this type is intended for towing heavy guns, like this Flak 88.

Sd Kfz 7 8 ton semi track, 12,000 built.....and the common towing vehicle for the "88" gun....cant be the Sdkfz8 as only 4,000 were ever built between 1936-37..for towing the 10.5cm Howitzer.

The Sd.Kfz.8 was used for towing the 8,8 cm FLAK 18, but only in small numbers. This is the 8,8 cm FLAK 36 with the additional shield as mounted from 1940 on for ground fighting. The halftrack is correctly identified as the Krauss-Maffei KM m 11 Sd.Kfz.7, m.Zgkw. 8 to (1937-44) with the artillery body (by Jessen or Lindner). Also produced by Hansa-Lloyd-Goliath/Borgward (HL m 11), Saurer, Breda (Tipo 61), and a trial run of 20 by Henschel in 1942. Interesting to note is that Vauxhall made six prototypes named 'BT' which were exact copies of the Sd.Kfz.7.

Please remove "Sd.Kfz.7" from the model name and put it in the extra section.
