 The ones with black bar below windshild are left w/o year, as it is hard to tell when it was introduced.

 Please change year to 1997.
After having looked to at least 30 trucks on truckscout24.de, I found out that that black bar was introduced for the 1997 model year. (By the way: The badge looks like it reads "817".)

 Which bar do you mean? The one directly below the windshild (I was talking about this one) or the one at the top of grille. 1st one visually enlarges the window, 2nd enlarges the grille. The bar below the window was introduced long before the 1997. The grille bar was introduced in some versions during the early 1990s perhaps, then it became present in all models after the 1996 facelift, when the new grille was introduced.
Looking at this pics more carefully, I personally don't see the bar above the grille, but the grille itself can be 1996+ indeed. I mean the green truck.
