 Baleno...but as a US version? Then it would be Esteem. Given how pro-American the Mubarak regime was I wouldn't be surprised if they oriented themselves on the US model.

It's possible that the Baleno in Egypt received side markers just like those sold in the GCC:

On the other hand, searching for used examples in Egypt reveals some examples with side markers and some with side indicators so I'm not sure if it's a grey import or not.
