You can't because it's almost certainly a Replica. Built perhaps on a real Ferrari chassis (250 GTE, 330 GT etc) with what seems like a real Ferrari 3967 cc V12 (possibly from an "affordable" 330 GT?). There were 2 genuine "330 GTO" cars with this '62 body and the 4.0 lt but their history and/or details don't match with our car. Link to "www.barchetta.cc"

Looking closely at the magazine, it mentions that this was one of the cars owned by Yoshiho Matsuda, who was a collector of exotics back in the day, but most of his collections are MIA ever since his museum in Gotemba (which it seems like they filmed at least one of the scenes there) was closed in 2008...

Ohhh. So, this is the very same man who owned 4! GTO's at some point :

This clears something up. This is #3673SA - rebodied as 400 Superamerica in 1962 after it was damaged heavily in testing after the Nürburgring race (today the body is mounted on 250 GTE chassis)

https://barchetta.mediacenter.plus/?v=a&dir=1975022

Although judging by the movie's date, this was not yet owned by Mr. Matsuda, but by another Japanese man named Yoshiyuki Hayashi who acquired it in 1989.

So how to call it then? 1962 400 Superamerica rebodied as 250 GTO on 250 GTE chassis? So confusing..

I would just leave it as is and perhaps include the chassis number

Originally a one-off 400 Superamerica with 250 SWB style body (apparently the only such car from factory). Never a competition car that raced (sometimes mistaken for 3765) so no Nurburgring etc. There's a 4 page thread discussing this here Link to "www.ferrarichat.com"
