Can't find a Healey with #423 in the obvious 1959-61 events (Monte, RAC, Alpine) but records are incomplete. Looks a works hardtop with vent and maybe expanded bootlid for spare wheels. Maybe Alpine rally the best chance, but can't take it any further. |
