Definently not an Opel. The closest thing it resembles (at least to me) is an 1950s-1960s Isuzu TX.

BTW, another Isuzu TX found in Greece: Link to "www.facebook.com"

The article in Facebook states that some of these trucks were imported in Greece and used by various services during the 1960s-70s which roughly corresponds to when this film was produced
