that is a 77 d-100, this truck has the clear turn signals, and in 78 they had amber turn signals.

A lot of modders swapped them in and out. Being that the truck was a decade old who knows which setup was original. It is surely customized already by the wheels.
1977-1978 D-100 or 1978 D-150. Default at D-Series.

Edit: they may be in fact factory wheels by perusing the brochures but the truck is lowered and debadged so the customized part still holds water.
