Dodgy plate - not issued. BMA came with F (Dec 67 to Jan 68) and K We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided UNKNOWN UNKNOWN Registration number: BMA 88K Body type: Motorcycle Vehicle make HONDA Date of first registration September 1971 Year of manufacture 1971 Cylinder capacity 89 cc Export marker No Vehicle status Untaxed Vehicle colour BROWN ... which ticks the Honda box but nowt else, and registration date possibly too late for film. |

I think this bike has had a dodgy custom makeover for the film ( curiously this is not unlike current custom trends ) However I cannot imagine any biker then or now hand making and fitting them awful exhaust pipes ! The high chopper style rear backrest enables our hero to strap dead bodies of young women to the bike and transport them to road building sites to be covered in concrete by Guy Warriors. -- Last edit: 2022-07-06 13:38:35 |

According to urban legend, they used this construction technique a lot on urban London motorways in the 1970s - M4 Chiswick flyover, Brent Cross M1 interchange, etc. So should this film be re-classified as a documentary?? |

Probably just a coincidence as they tended to give the lower numbers to bikes. -- Last edit: 2022-07-07 18:07:00 |

I'd give that Honda 4 stars. Many scenes from beginning to end ridden by the main protagonist. -- Last edit: 2022-08-05 19:23:28 |
