Yes. I'd reverse the question and ask why there are not more double decker buses in other cities around the world?? Is it anything to do with heights above the road of bridges and cables and wires?? We had double decker horse-drawn carriages in 19th century so always built urban roads with enough clearance for such street furniture. |
