1) Too close, is there not a view in which the whole car is visible, and not so dark as to look like the inside of a coal cellar at winter solstice?
2) Is there any proof that thumb #2 is the same car as the subject picture?

It is probably a Silver Wraith from the early fifties, but I should at least appreciate a fighting chance of being correct, and of having some idea who built the coachwork. The other problem is that it might be one of the very few Silver Dawns built with non integrated headlamps, but again, not enough detail is visible for certainty.

1) No, only visible in this short scene
2) Seriously? I have to justify that it's the same scene?? The same car? You think i'm so idiot that i put another car? Scene= The Rolls (main pic) enter in a property (see the grille) (pic 1 and 2) and this is all.

As the other cars are older than 50's (this series isn't in the 50's), i don't think it's one.

You have provided no linking proof, so it is possibly another car. It could be a Silver Wraith in the main pic and a Silver Dawn in the back view thumb.
The small air intake grille below the headlight was not introduced until 1946, and deleted in 1955, so yes it could be a 50s Silver Wraith or Silver Dawn.

These were the only two car types produced by Rolls-Royce (the Silver Wraith in short and long wheelbase types) for general sale during that period. The Phantom IV was restricted to Royals/Heads of State, and although the Bentleys were built at Crewe they were Bentleys.

Perhaps you now have enough information to gain an understanding of why I asked for more views, and we have not even thought about who built the coachwork.

Thumb 2 looks odd to me as well, more rounded than I'd expect for an RR, maybe big Humber-ish. But I'm only speculating, not saying anything definite. Film-makers sometimes pull tricks to fool us ....

If plate is LVX 962, = Essex, April May 47. Or LYX = London May-Dec 51. Neither date gives anything tight enough to solve it.

Thumb 2, my first thought was a Humber Imperial, but it could be a coachbuilt Royce, I will get in the books, but the cricket is needing full attention at present!

For those who know nothing of cricket, this match is approaching equilibrium on day 3, session 2, with England a mere 300ish runs behind New Zealand, but 8 wickets still standing. There are still 2 days untouched and each side has another innings to bat.

LXX 962 = London, March-Dec 51. Not very relevant, but we have a couple of smaller Humber Hawks with LXX 43x plates.

It doesn’t help me a lot either, because, if a Dawn, it would be the small boot model, which isn’t unlike the rear view image. Is that a R-R badge in the centre of the back bumper?

Based upon very little, the curved base of the windscreen, the shape of the front wing, and what I think we can see of the boot, Hooper Teviot, on a Silver Wraith chassis, but not very confident.
