If you can't see the rear of these Town Cars, the grill helps to distinguish the model year, correct? |

Yes, you're right! By the grille I'll say it's a Town Car from the 1st generation (1981-89) |

This is specifically a 1989 model per the turn signals |

Is that too long of a comment to be read and interpreted? Should I simply have said "1989"? Some of the admins here are so lazy... -- Last edit: 2009-03-23 01:10:52 |

Well I know that...I was asking what exactly happened? Was the year not imputed? Because I thought that all of your ID's from yesterday had been inputed. |

And it happens that comments are missed, e.g. when between other comments not requiring changes on the general comments page, or when just first/last one a page, and that a new comment is posted just when switching from one page to another, some may be not seen by those who check all comments (well that's at least the only explanation that I can give for when I miss some comments ) |

@ford guy- yeah, it was still listed as 1981 even after all my other Town Car comments had been looked at and changed |

Well in the defense of the administrators...antp gave a really good excuse. Besides, when someone posts up a lot of comments like you did yesterday, it can be very mundane work to change all of them. I've worked on yours a lot and it's not very exciting work But instead of coming to a conclusion that some are lazy or giving a remark that "is it really so hard...," maybe you can simply comment again that it has been missed and we'll get it -- Last edit: 2009-03-23 23:05:14 |

I'm the one who changed it, antp can't do everything! |
