 This appears in the film as a Russian army vehicle. Presumably the producers couldn't find any Soviet tracked armoured personnel carriers in Latvia.

 They also had one of these NATO Chevy K-30 with a Soviet Red Star on the door... it's just driving past and not well visible, so I didn't include it.
