Not many Google results for Salev Centaure, I don't know if they quickly sold them as Centaure make (but it was still made by Salev) or if it is just a common error to associate both names. I would not rely on Leboncoin as a source of info (except for photos of courses), that's just a market place site like Ebay. On /vehicle.php?id=365235 Sixcyl says it is a competitor of Salev. I don't know if he means it is indeed a rival make, or if he says that just as "same kind of vehicle". There is the one with a Salev badge: /vehicle_1889342-Salev-Centaure-1960.html So the make is sure, but is the Centaure model name accurate? @mike962 @antp > In my opinion, "Centaure" was an independent brand at the beginning and was bought by Salev later. When you look at the two versions of the vehicle, the Salev version has the windshield divided into two parts while the Centaure version is in one part. |

Indeed, that one seems something else. For the remaining Salev Centaure, maybe we should put them back to Salev unknown, or just Salev without model name is maybe enough, at least for those with Salev written on them. |
