They're chinese, but assembled in Ethiopia by METEC's Bishoftu Automotive Industry factory. They can be seen in this video. https://youtu.be/KFpb_jVUGrM No badges anywhere on the bus, except on the steering wheel (seen at 3'57"). It's from Yutong.
