I think it's rather a Moskvitch, with four doors more likely too. The idea of the Olympia being exported to Egypt somehow doesn't work with me (even though Egypt was under British control in 1938 and the Olympia was exported to the UK) It seems to me the Americans were the only major non-occupational market exporting to Africa before WWII.
