Well, would you like a cricket commentary instead? England now 150 for 3, in response to India’s 364 all out. We are now into day 3 of 5, the weather is fair and if England can bat today out we may be into an interesting 4th and 5th day. Lord’s is looking fine and providing that we have no more rain, there may be an exciting draw on the horizon. |

I think it's an Elf in white over Yukon grey, probably UK reflective plates. Looks like diamond boot badge above number plate, which Hornet did not have. reflective plates suggest a late one, so Mk3. |

Close of play, England dismissed on the last ball of the day for 391, lead by 27. Yes, a Test Match, which is the highest form of first class cricket, can take 5 days. It depends upon the rate of scoring and the rate at which the batters get dismissed. Each side has 11 players, all of whom bat. An old colleague of mine used to say that you could not consider yourself a true cricket fan until you had seen all five days of each match in a five match series, that is, attended for 25 days. ^ The other clue is usually the colour schemes. White roofs were almost always Elf. Hornet often had dark roof over lighter colour body. However I don't know if this was an absolute rule. |
