 might be a Daimler as well by pos. ribbed grille

 I think it's Jag grille - top line is straighter than Daimler. S3 with pepperpot alloys is probably 84+ Sovereign. No fogs so 4.2 likely.

 agree, as the vertical grille rods should be more accentuated on a Daimler.
