Rennleitungswagen (race control van) with roof-mounted loudspeaker, brim-full with knowledgeable people who use it to escort the race and and yell stuff at horses, people and everything else (Probably things like "Hey, no. 64! Your flies are undone!" or "Don't eat the horses!", but I'm not familiar with that sort of sports). |
