Vauxhall Ten H is a possibility.

Flying Standard bonnet louvres I think, but needs more work to guess the form of the radiator shell and even more as to the model, ten, twelve etc.

You are right. Flying Ten or Twelve, both had same louvres according to S&G. They say waterfall grille on ‘38+.

That triangular shadow looks just like a Vauxhall flute!

The bonnet reflections are a problem.

1938 ‘Waterfall’ Grille (I think plated not painted), notchback 'Touring Saloon'. Ten looks likely but cannot prove it wasn't a Twelve.
