In the film, this car is depicted as an unreliable clunker with tacky leopard-print upholstery (and it was probably not seen as particularly valuable when the film was made) - the main character even parks it very close to the sea upon getting lost in the fog, exposing the body to salt water and almost drowning it. Pretty funny considering how much a car like this would be worth today. |
