1958 Chevrolet

The shape of the chrome trim makes me think Delray model.

Looks like the thin side spear of a Delray.

White back-up light and luxury wheel covers, for me it's a Biscayne model 1641

Full wheel covers and backup lights were available options on lower end 58s. I still think the trim is thin like a Delray. Also looks like no chrome around raised ridge on rear fender, which could make this a real low-buck Delray 2 door utility sedan.

This type of "dropdown" full length chrome stripe is on a Delray. The Biscayne Sport Sedan stripe was similar but got wider as it went to the front fender, I say this is a Delray, comments?

Very basic trim level at the side belongs to 1958 Chevrolet Delray, model 1141.

Amazing how trim levels in this era were only changes in each model. Granted, engines differ, but GM would option any power plant you wanted, so models were just about flash and not much else.

But what wonderful flash.
By comparison today's cars are dull, dull, dull.
