Bumpers look different than the French version. I wouldn't be surprised when this turns out to be n Argentina built car, by I.A.F.A. (Industriais Argentinos Fabricantes de Automotores), 1960+, even though the bumper hasn't the extra bar as seen on this (Portuguese) site: http://citroenauto.nireblog.com/ (scroll down halfway)

I remember this scene - one of the Mossad officers is undergoing advanced driving training in Israel. But, as Tönz said on the main page, the film was shot entirely in Argentina.

French cars introduced between the end of WWII and early to mid-1970's were so beautiful!!! But some nowadays's ones are beautiful, even if they're often ugly!
