The taxi is presumably there to pick Sophie up at the end of episode 2.7.

I would say its earlier than Fairway Driver because there is no door mounted mirror.

I need to look at it further but some where between FX4R and Fairway Driver the black door mirror was added. Before then chrome wing mounted mirrors were used. Later cabbies would add the passenger side wing mirror bacause it gave them more visiblity than only the door mirrors. (So they do care what is behind!) ;)

Looking again at the door I would say its just possible it is not seen in the picture and is mounted slightly further back (this is true of others on IMCDb). I should have taken a better look before replying.

So Fairway Driver is probable I think (again because of the passenger side wiper arm being angled downwards).

I think it's probably better just to list this as a Fairway by default rather something as specific as "1996 LTI Fairway Driver" because that's too much of a guess. As long as you are sure it isn't an FX4S.
