if this spends its life with an airfield/airport (= private land) without going on the public road, it doesn't need a DVLA registration, to be taxed/MOT'd or even to be road legal. I guess the TUG 1 plate is just an onsite identifier within their fleet of apron vehicles - "Tug 1 to Control - have collected luggage from Benidorm flight ...." |
