Just watched the movie. What is thing made of? Titanium alloy? It very nastily sideswipes another car like three seconds into the chase which should've crumpled the driver's side fender and door, and knocked the sideview mirror off, but in the next shot it's fine. |

Its made of "Super Duty" ...  Its simply a Ford F-250 Super Duty with dedicated sheet metal behind the B-Pillar. If the staged crash caused too much damage, they probably replaced it with another Excursion (its no secret that the props/special effects department will keep at least two of the same vehicle for filming) |
