This dark blue US specs. 1992-94 Mercedes 500 SE [W140] is visible only in a brief scene, used by the Russian bad guys. We can't see the interior, but the rear door says that it isn't a SEL version. Luckily nothing happened to it. .gif ";)") |

Quite, yes. Since it's an American model, in USA they sold the 500 SE/SEL and the 600 SEL V12 (I don't remember if they had the 600 SE). But the 600 had the V12 badge on the C-pillar, and this one hasn't it. It isn't a SEL, too (notice the normal rear door), so it's a 500 SE. |

No, they didn't. Only in Italy and the rest of Europe they have a variety of W140s. The US only offered in petrol, the 300SE(S320-1994), 1992 400SE(SEL 1993/1994 S420), 1992-93 500SEL/S500(1994), and 600SEL(1992-93)/S600(1994) limousines. This is either a 1993 400SEL/1994 S420 or a 1992-93 500SEL/1994 S500 by long wheelbase. -- Last edit: 2010-02-12 04:46:25 |

Not 300SE - it's LWB (more obvious in a different view). Besides, even if it was SWB, it could be either 300SE or 400SE (1992 only). -- Last edit: 2020-07-27 08:52:34 |
