Wow, they didn't even paint it, just streteched some rubber all over the place. Neat trucker girl hood ornament, too. |

Nope because it is a clear Ford Mustang, made for movie is when a car doesnt exist and its made specially for the movie. |

"Testica" is a play on the English word "testes." This also explains the creative replacement Ford emblem. |

"Testica 2000" shouldn't be part of the model name, it's only a name the writers made up for the car. |

With Ford having already named a car 'Probe' is it not possible they might introduce a 'Testica' in the future? |

Could still be mentioned as nickname, like /vehicle_25982-Ford-LTD-Country-Squire-1983.html and few others -- Last edit: 2007-12-31 14:32:31 |

The Family Truckster is so memorable it can be an exception, but this thing (a Mustang with black tape stuck on it) was only in one episode of some old sitcom. In this film /vehicle_124076-Chevrolet-Suburban-1985.html the car is called an "Invader" but I didn't think it was worth putting that in the extra details. -- Last edit: 2007-12-31 14:53:58 |

Sounds like a good topic for the Conventions Forum. Some Yankees might take issue with calling MWC "some old sitcom." I don't know what the British equivalent would be, but it would be up there with Fawlty Towers or similar. I don't think it's black tape, but the same material used in those road-grime shields. The producers just allowed the material to overtake the car! |

By the way, the vertically-oriented taillights seen in last thumbnail indicate 1996 at earliest. |

A 1996 Ford Mustang convertible 'Testica 2000' in the episode of Requiem For A Chevyweight. Al had bought this car brand new right after his trusty 1971 Plymouth Duster had finally died, and he had buried it in his backyard. Peg was trying to sell the Plymouth's engine for $10,000 dollars. |
