(January 1959 MkII introduction still had the rear wheel spats briefly.) The flip side glasses are Martin Walter additions, so Utilabrake or Workobus without the camper's hinged roof and wrap-around rear side glass were one of their various rear quarter styling attempts. The two-tone colour scheme was more common on early conversions before the side-flash took over but perhaps there was some overlap when both were used.
