Eight is not part of model name, cf /vehicle.php?id=1470 |

By the side deco I'd say it's a 1952 model, but which one?? 'Eight' wasn't part of the name, though. In 1952 there was a Special [41], Super [52] or Roadmaster [72R] as 4-door sedan. As usual my Imageshack doesn't work... are there three or four portholes?? |

Suddenly it DID work (: three portholes), and since it's a 6-window sedan, it has to be a Super. |

It looks like a monster with big teeth, I wonder if this is why Tim Burton chose it as the car that runs over the dog. |

By '58, Buick had the best brakes in the industry. Wonderful dramatic close-up photo! -- Last edit: 2011-07-27 15:17:50 |
