It is indeed at least a 1999 model, due to the outer grille that extends down in the center and the redesigned front bumper that moved the fog lamps down into the front bumper valance with a aggressive style center intake. The center portion of the grille (the part that contains the grille work that holds the Ford emblem has been replaced with the wrong grille work) The First Generation UN93 received the exact same front end (grille assembly, front bumper and lower front bumper valance)
