The Fordson E04C could be a Martin Walter Utilecon conversion.
The inset windows mean it is certainly not a back yard lash up.

Regarding the rear view of the other van. I agree not enough for a better than 50% identification but after first guessing it could be a Commer Supervan then looking at it further in more detail...

Front wing, rear wing form and specific petrol filler location points to it being a converted Austin 10hp Light Utility (Tilly).

It does not appear to have a typical Hillman Tilly or Commer Supervan front wing form, with a slight peak, and the Morris or Standard versions appear to differ in either side-light location or lower wing form.
