Problem with your "this one too" comments like on /vehicle.php?id=698016 is that then the only comment on the other page /vehicle_658389-Mercedes-Benz-C-Sportcoupe-CL203-2004.html is not matching the car info, someone passing there later may thing the info was missing and then reverting it back to the old value. However for large amount of cars like on /vehicle.php?id=1136150 it is maybe not so bad, to avoid too many comments...
