Square headlights indicate either 1975 or 1976, but I've never seen one with windshield wipers on the headlights before. |

Required by law in Sweden from modelyear 1974. |

Then should we put this made for Sweden? |

Grille spacing is 1976. I don't think Cadillac made "special" export models for Sweden (or anywhere else). I imagine this was an add-on item supplied by a local dealer. |

I would say so. Only for the export to Sweden the car-companies had to construct the headlamp-washer-system in that year. Outside Sweden it was an optional extra (which was nearly never ordered). Sometimes this system has destroyed the look of a car. See the Volkswagen T2 Bus or the LT-Transporter. They had monstrous plastic-holders stucking in the front panel. |

The headlight also does not look like US specs. What I am saying that this headlight prism/conic pattern does not correspond to DOT spec headlight prism/conic pattern. |

Not many Cadillacs were sold in Sweden 1976, and only 5 of them were left in 1989. They were registered as Cadillac 6CB695, that code tells me nothing but I suppose it tells what model it is and probably this car is one of them. |

That is a 1976 Fleetwood per the standing wreath and crest hood ornament. A Deville or Calais would have a chevron and crest on the leading edge of the hood. And it goes to reason that if somebody went to the trouble of having a Caddy fitted for use in Sweden it would be a Fleetwood used as a limousine. |
