I remember this episode - it was about a kid who killed his mother, brother, and sister back in '96? Very disturbing. When the father got home, the kid played the victim and they didn't find out he did it until much later. I don't think they ever figured out the motive (the police guessed it might have been because his mother wouldn't let him borrow the car!). I just re-watched it... he was released just last year after 23 years in prison. Anyway, plate was issued in 1995.
