 Is it one of these Bertone-Volvo's, like that ones for the GDR-government? I'm not sure, but the back side window looks a bit different, like at the GDR-version.

 @atom: can you find our more, for example with the license-plate? As I know, in Sweden you can read everything about a car and its owner, just by giving the plate-number in a computer-programme.

The Volvo 240 on garaget was imported to Sweden in 1985 from USA.
And then converted into a limousine by Volvo.

 I doubt it was done by Volvo... Nilsson normally made the official chassis extensions for Volvo and probably had their hands on this one.
