Burma 1944 - seems to belong to Harry's unit through several sequences - or there's a few of them with battered grilles and non-matching headlights.

The low ground clearance, the square rear wheel arch, the spare tire on the truck side and the light-duty bumper indicate a 1941+ 15 cwt / ¾-ton Chevrolet 1311 X3 made in Canada for the British Long Range Desert Group (LRDG).
It's a MCP (Modified Conventional Pattern) variant of the 1941-47 Chevrolet Art-Deco trucks and the light version of the 30 cwt / 1 ½-ton 1533 X2.

About the 2 last thumbnails: the truck seems to have the square rear wheel arch and a short wheelbase, so I'd say it's a 1941+ 1311 X3 too.

Our only other 1311 X3 which I can find was apparently built in India, so likely same here??

From the info I found, the 1939 1311 X1 seems indeed to be related to the Indian army Indian Pattern vehicles. As GM had a plant in India, it sounds then logic to have it made locally.
It was made on a Canadian Chevrolet Maple Leaf basis, i.e. US GMC or Chevrolet trucks with some distinctive specs.

The 1941 version was built for the British army in Canada. This table of Maple Leaf production says, for WWII era:
Quote Chassis with flat face cowl, including 1311X3 for India and also some 1941 for LRDG

There's no source given, but I assume the author(s) didn't write such a long table out of nowhere :)

So I'd suggest, for this one: Origin USA, built in Canada, made for the UK. And as all 1311 X3 are 15cwt trucks following the Modified Conventional Pattern, these 2 complements are redundant...
