Any car - and especially any car with suspension componentry like the Quattroporte, featuring rather intricate and lightweight double wishbones up front - that'd hit those at speed would not simply jump over them but crash into them, causing major damage and be unable to continue. Jumping this monolithic straight-up-vertical massive block of rock would require some kind of ramp that's definitely not there.
