1996.5-2000 to be exact. The squiggly font was added in April 1996, before that they had the Dodge style script. I've looked at several VINs of these cars, and the Dodge-style ones were all produced in '95 (though they were 1996 MYs) |

Can't be a 1996. The color is Island Teal Satin Glow which was offered in 1996 but only on the base & SE both of which lack colored rear license plate garnish seen in the main. Here is the 1996 brochure: Link to "www.ebay.com" - Only offered on Base & SE without Rallye package. Here is the 1997 brochure: Link to "www.xr793.com" - You will see 1,2, & 3 next to Island Teal Satin Glow. Bare minimum this is a 1997 SE Rallye or a 1998-1999 SE Expresso. |
